A private entrepreneur uses the start-up notification form Y3. The start-up notification is delivered as original.

In case of a licenced trade a copy of the granted trade licence is attached to the trade register notification. If a licence has not yet been granted, the applicant may file the basic notification with the trade register and deliver a copy of the licence to the trade register once it has been granted.

If the entrepreneur already has a business ID, he/she should use the amendment notification form Y6 for registration in the trade register.

The start-up notification of a private entrepreneur may be signed by the private entrepreneur or a person authorised by the entrepreneur. If the notification is signed by a person authorised to do so, the original power of attorney must be attached to the notification. See Start-up notification of a private entrepreneur, p. 2.
