Starting a business
Find out if you have what it takes to become an entrepreneur, and consider the options for initiating business operations. Draw up a business plan and look into different funding options and financial opportunities. You should also familiarise yourself with the basic tax arrangements right away.
Choose a form of business that suits your operations and find out about the necessary permits and notifications. There aren't that many mandatory steps, but you can also prepare in some additional ways. And then just get the paperwork started.
The three steps to starting a business:
- Plan and get to know the basics of business operation
- Choose a form of business, take care of the mandatory tasks and think about what else you will need
- Carry out the actual establishment tasks
Make use of the new entrepreneur’s checklist when starting a business. See also foreign entrepreneur's permits, licences and notifications.
